The Happy Rizzi House This type of art immediately brings a smile to my face! This is definetely a place that I would love to visit. You can find these incredible, colorful buildings in Brunswick, Germany and believe it or not, this complex was built on ancient ruins. Designer, James Rizzi and architect Konrad Kloster worked together to create The Happy Rizzi House. I wonder what is looks like inside. Source posted by Julia The smallest dog in the world! This could be the cutest dog I have ever seen. Beyoncé is just a few weeks old and is about the size of your thumb. Her mother, Casey, had been abandoned by her owners while she was pregnant. The Grace Foundation in San Bernardino, California, found Casey and took her in. When Beyoncé was born, she was not breathing and did not have a heartbeat. Luckily, the doctor's assistant Beth De Caprio, jumped in and saved the day. She gave this little pouch mouth-to-mouth resuscitation and save her. Way to go Beth! You are a hero! Beyoncé was the fifth pup born and luckily, all of her siblings are healthy. Cool Like Pie wishes this survivor the best! Source posted by Julia Endless potential! It is truly amazing to think of what humans have accomplished and continue to accomplish everyday! People are constantly challenging themselves and taking risks. Check out this video to witness a few outrageous and unbelievable stunts! Posted by Julia Brighting up your home for spring! If you are looking to do something creative this spring, try making some Tiered Terracotta Planters! It is the perfect craft to make your house look beautiful and it doesn't cost much to make. First, spray paint the planters and after they dry, decorate them with acrylic paint and paint pens. Next, use a water seal spray to protect them from the rain. Fill the bottom planter with a few inches of soil and then add two bricks. Place the second planter on top and continue this procedure until you have the desired height. You can even paint your address on it. I can't wait to make some of these. Source posted by Julia What if Picasso painted superheros? I'm loving these cool images by WonderBros design company. They were clearly attempting to take give these characters a Pablo Picasso makeover. Picasso was a famous Spanish artist who invented the style you see below, known as cubism. I'm sure Picasso would be proud. Source posted by Julia Bringing Nature Indoors Designer, Jeong Hwa Jin, created these cool leaf covers. They will allow you to turn your boring white walls into a work of art. Just slip each one over a nail and use it to hang clothes, keys, or any light object in your house. It would be cool to paint a mural behind them. What a great way to brighten up a room! The World's Coolest Playroom It doesn't get better than this, a room completely covered in LEGO. Apparently, this is a DIY project designed by Lena Seow, Vrinda Khanna, and Suzan Wines of I-Beam Design. This project is not hard to replicate in your own space, simply adhere LEGO boards to the wall, from the floor to the ceiling. I wonder how big a piece can get before gravity takes over? Source posted by Julia Do you want a snack from a vending machine? Vending machines are usually filled with sodas, chips, and candy bars, but apparently that's not all. I just learned that in China you can get a live Shanghai Hairy Crab right out of a vending machine! I don't know if this is what I would want to snack on, but it looks like it is quite popular in China. Strange, right? |
