Iguazu Falls, in Iguazu River, are one of the world's largest waterfalls.
There are a total of 275 falls.
These Falls are on the border between Brazil and Argentina in South America.

Komodo National Park

Indonesia’s Komodo National Park includes the three larger islands Komodo, Rinca and Padar, as well as many smaller ones.
The national park was founded in 1980 to protect the Komodo dragon.
Later, it was also dedicated to protecting other species, including marine animals.

Halong Bay

Halong Bay is located in Quáng Ninh province, Vietnam.
The bay is known for the thousands of limestone karsts and isles in many sizes and shapes.
Several of the islands are hollow, with enormous caves.
The other islands are homes to many fishermen.
Another feature of Halong Bay are the lakes inside the limestone islands.

Jeju Island

Jetu Island  is a volcanic island located 130 kilometres off the southern coast of South Korea.

It is the country’s largest island and is home to it's tallest mountain, Halla-san.
The people of Jeju have developed a culture and language that are distinct from those of mainland Korea.
The women of this island make a living from deep-sea diving to harvest marine products.

Now that is a lot of rice!

German artist, Wolfgang Laib, poured over 30,000 piles of rice and seven piles of pollen to create this exhibit.
In a gallery in downtown Chicago, this exhibit called Unlimited Ocean, has been on display.
I can't even imagine how much patience the artist has.
What a cool idea.

They look so real.
Actually, just great art.

These sheep sculptures are made out of rotary phones.
I never thought a phone looked like a face, but now I do.
There is no need for a side table to hold a phone if you have one of these.

Nature.

The River Dolphin

What a weird type of dolphin.
I never even knew these existed.
These dolphins are known as the Amazon river dolphin.
They are often found in freshwater in South America.
Unfortunately, they are endangered.

A ten story building made from 1,000 reused doors.

South Korean artist, Choi Jeong-Hwa, is a public installation artist.
He is unable to draw or paint, but wanted to do something artistic.
One day he was walking around the city and became interested in trash and unwanted objects.
Then he decided to make use out of these objects.
Look what he created!

Batman In LEGO

I'm loving this remake of the original opening credits for the 1966 Batman cartoon.
This video was created by YouTube user igfb1film.

It's best if you compare the new lego version to the original.

Here's the original:

Harbin International Ice and Snow Sculpture Festival

Each year, since 1963, thousands of tourists flood into Habin for this festival.
Habin is the capital of Heilongjiang in China.
This is in Northeast China, where the cold winter whether is extreme, to say the least.

The festival lasts for an entire month.

There are many amazing snow and ice sculptures built for this event.
In addition to the sculptures, there are also lots of activities.
Alpine skiing, sledding, and winter-swimming (brrrr...) are available for the tourist.

Fun.
