Dumping Paint onto the City Streets

Dutch artist Iepe Rubingh created this spectacular video called "painting reality" quite some time ago.
Iepe and his crew of helpers loaded up bicycles with over 500 liters of environmentally-friendly, water-based paint and transformed a major intersection in Berlin.
I love this video but it turns out a lot of people have gotten upset about this project claiming that it was irresponsible and could have been potentially hazardous to bikers and drivers.
What do you think?

Remedy: A Chicago Band Singing With a Purpose

Mr. Ralph Braseth found four musicians performing "in the tunnel between the red and blue lines."
Remedy is apparently a band trying to reach out to kids who have made a few bad choices. Oh, and they are really good singers.
They are hoping to help keep kids out of trouble and they know what it's like to be "trouble-makers."

I wish I knew more about these guys but I couldn't find anymore information.
They should put together a website and sing for us!

Another Street Performer Gone Viral

You have to wonder where in the world street performers like this guy learn to do what they do.
Watch this guy sitting down in mid-air and try not to be totally amazed.

Now This is How You Make a Cool Firework Video

Julian Tay created this cool video of fireworks backwards.
I always think its funny when people are recording firework shows, simply because it is incredibly unlikely anybody will find the video that interesting.
It is usually the kind of thing that is only fun to watch live...with your own eyes.
Julian, however, pulled off this cool video, and I've been proven wrong.

"Bohemian Rhapsody" Sung Family Style

Warning...this dad might be cooler than you.
I'm loving this video showing the whole family jamming out to Queen's "Bohemian Rhapsody" on the way to school.
He said, "It has become a morning habit to sing "Bohemian Rhapsody" on the way to school in the morning. Depending on traffic, we can usually start the song as we pull out of the driveway and pull into the school just as the song ends."

Somethings Are Easier Said Than Done

Maki Longboards created this video to showcase their product and show off their team rider, Alex Bearden.
Alex can literally dance right on top of his board. You've got to see it to believe it.
I'm also loving the song featured in the video, it is "New York is Killing Me" by Gil Scott Heron
If you're interested in getting your own longboard, check out Maki's website.

How Many of These Machines Do You Think They Made?

This is the description posted with this video:
"A mechanical singing bird mechanism. Made around 120 years ago in Paris, probably by Bontems. In the film I hope you can identify all the major parts and see them working together to make the sound. The mechanism was in a rusted and seized state and has been restored. Surpisingly the bellows are in good original condition."

How awesome is that?

Defying Gravity

Check out this really cool trick that you can make yourself with just a few simple items. I love any type of trick that involves a magnet.
In 1992, the material used in pennies became more expensive; therefore, pennies began being made with copper plated steel which makes them magnetic.
Give it a shot!
