The smallest dog in the world!
This could be the cutest dog I have ever seen.
Beyoncé is just a few weeks old and is about the size of your thumb.
Her mother, Casey, had been abandoned by her owners while she was pregnant.
The Grace Foundation in San Bernardino, California, found Casey and took her in.
When Beyoncé was born, she was not breathing and did not have a heartbeat.
Luckily, the doctor's assistant Beth De Caprio, jumped in and saved the day.
She gave this little pouch mouth-to-mouth resuscitation and save her.
Way to go Beth!
You are a hero!
Beyoncé was the fifth pup born and luckily, all of her siblings are healthy.
