Buried Treasure! On June 11, 2012, there were 110 more Terracotta Soldiers excavated in Xi’an, China. The newly found Terracotta Soldiers were in great condition. Over 7,000 scultures from the Terracotta Army have already been found. The scultpures date back to 210 B.C. when Chinese Emperor, Qin Shihuangdi, ordered thousands of laborers to create an underground city to protect his tomb. In 1974, while building a well, a group of farmers dicovered this underground city!
Can you imagine what it was like to find this?
