Using An App To Get The Best Shot
Photographer Mikey Schaefer claims that this was the most complicated photo he has ever taken.
He decided to use an app called, "The Photographer's Ephemeris," to locate where the moon would rise.
Then he coordinated with Dean Potter, a pioneering rock climber, to time his highline walk with the rising of the moon.
The highline was set up on the summit of Cathedral Peak, in Yosemite National Park, at an elevation of 10,911 feet.
