Another Chance to Win!

There is something about scratch off lottery tickets that I love. Most of the time I never win anything, but I still continue to buy them. Here is how you can make your own!
1. Draw a picture on a piece of card stock. 
2. Cover up the area that you want to scratch off with contact paper.
3.Mix silver paint and soap (2:1) and paint over the contact paper!
When it dries it will be ready to scratch!
