Beware of What Treasures You Bring Home From Vacation
Almost an entire month after she got home from her vacation to Spain, Therese Jayes loaned her suitcase to her daughter Hollie.
When Hollie opened the suitcase she got a lot more than she asked for!
Staring back at her from inside the case was a Deathstalker Scorpion, the second most deadly scorpion in the world!
Hollie slammed the suitcase shut and called the zoo.
(The zoo is not the right place to call when you find a Deathstalker Scorpion.)
Eventually, an animal control organization came out to their house, identified, and removed the scorpion.
They told Hollie and Therese to take a close look at the suitcase just to make sure there weren't any eggs inside.
