Watch Out Olympians
How many people do you know who can ride a bike like this?
It would definitely be an interesting way to race. But it's debatable whether any athletes actually raced on this track, which was known as "Keith's Bicycle Track" back in 1902, when this picture first became popular. It became so popular that is now in a collection at The Museum of the City of New York.
Some people believe the image was manipulated or that there was some type of rope holding the bikers up. But to me, it looks a lot like a modern day skate park.
