Baby Alligators, Cute and Tasty
I have seen plenty of alligators in my day, but I have not yet had the chance to hold a baby gator.
Did you know the mother protects her young for about a year before letting him or her off on their own?
Sadly, she is protecting them from other adult alligators, 50% of young alligators die from these predators.
Excuse me, Mr. Gator, you shouldn't eat your own kind!
