These Items Were Found in the Stomach of an Ostrich

Photographer Frederick William Bond captured this photo in 1942 at the Zoological Society of London.
Apparently, a ostrich died after eating a four-inch nail.
While the zoologists were looking for the nail, they also found a glove, some rope, two handkerchiefs, a few coins, metal tacks, staples, and hooks.



Geez man...you just CAN'T eat that stuff.
