One of the Longest and Tallest Waterfalls East of the Mississippi

Crabtree Falls is a place for a great day hike located in Central Virginia in the George Washington National Forest.
The falls drop over 1,000 feet and covers a distance of 2,500 feet.
You can easily hike to the top of the falls in a few hours and there are places to camp at the top.
The hike is not overly challenging, yet 23 people have died because they
hiked too close to the Falls and underestimated the danger.
