The Perfect Storm

21 years ago today, a confluence of several dangerous weather systems collided to produce what was called "The Perfect Storm." This event inspired both a best-selling book and a blockbuster movie of the same name.  George Clooney played the role of captain aboard the ill-fated Andrea Gail.
