The Busycle: A Creative Experiment
The Busycle was built by artists Heather Clark and Matthew Mazzotta with the help of over 60 volunteers back in the summer of 2005.
This vehicle is essentially a "15-person pedal-powered bus." There is no engine and it runs on power created by the pedaling.
This incredible bus was created almost entirely out of recycled and found materials.
The main structure is a stripped down 15 passenger van, but all types of materials were added during construction.
Keep yours eyes open for the Busycle as she continues to tour the nation!
