Who Needs a Band-Aid?
I am sure everyone has walked into a spider web at least once in their lives. Did you know that spider webs used to be used to stop bleeding? Medieval doctors would roll spider webs into balls and stuff them into a wound to stop the bleeding. Today, scientists think that spider webs grow a fungus that may contain germ killers that are similar to penicillin.
