Contortion: An Unusual Art Form

 Contortionism comes naturally to nobody; people are not born with the ability to bend their bodies in half.
In reality, some people are born with a little extra flexibility than others and those people can train to become contortionists.
In order to gain the flexibility needed, these individuals must put themselves through demanding and painful training.
