Harbin International Ice and Snow Sculpture Festival
Each year, since 1963, thousands of tourists flood into Habin for this festival.
Habin is the capital of Heilongjiang in China.
This is in Northeast China, where the cold winter whether is extreme, to say the least.
The festival lasts for an entire month.
There are many amazing snow and ice sculptures built for this event.
In addition to the sculptures, there are also lots of activities.
Alpine skiing, sledding, and winter-swimming (brrrr...) are available for the tourist.
