It is never too late to learn something!
Jim Henry, a 91-year-old, lobsterman learned to read and published a book at 98-years-old.
Jim quit school in 3rd grade because he had to help out his family.
Later, he became a captain of a lobster boat, served in the National Guard, and even built his own home.
Many people did not know he could not read.
When he was 91, he was inspired by the story of an African American that learned to read at the age of 98, George Dawson, and was inspired to learn to read.
He worked very hard and by the time he turned 98, he published an autobiography about his life called "In a Fisherman's Language"
Jim is an inspiration to us all!
What an amazing guy.
