The best way to experience zero gravity.
NASA has designed an aircraft where astronauts can experience zero gravity without going to space. NASA uses this aircraft to train astronauts. Now, people can actually buy tickets for zero gravity flights.
Although many people would love to experience zero gravity, the tickets are currently sold for $5,000.
The good news is BRC imagination Arts is working on building a zero gravity roller coaster in Southern California. This coaster is going to cost $50 million.Six to sixteen passengers will be allowed inside an enclosed aircraft-like coaster car.
The passengers will be strapped in similar to how they are on a normal roller coaster.
They will experience the illusion of being suspended in the air and feel the sense of weightlessness.
This ride will lasts 8 seconds, but will feel like forever.
Hopefully, we will see this coaster by 2013.
