The Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival
This festival is held annually ever since 1963.
It began this year on January 6th and will last about one month.
Winter activities at the festival include winter-swimming in the Songhua River
Harbin is the capital of Heilongjiang province, which is in Northeast China, so it gets a lot of the cold wind from Siberia.
It can get as cold as -38.1 degrees Celsius.
Looks like fun; however, it may be too cold for me.
